    Admission and Sales Advisor

    Job Description

    • As an Admission and Sales officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Rome Business School Nigeria's programs and guiding prospective students through their educational journey.
    • You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring seamless admissions and providing exceptional customer experiences to students and candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Consultative Sales: Engage with potential students to understand their educational aspirations, career goals, and learning needs. Provide them with detailed information about our programs and courses, guiding them through the admissions process, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
    • Enrollment Management: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application and enrollment process. Monitor application status, follow up on leads, and assist candidates with document submission.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, educational agents, and other stakeholders. Cultivate a network of contacts to increase awareness of Rome Business School Nigeria and its offerings.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with candidates and update relevant databases regularly. Generate reports on admission and enrollment metrics to support decision-making processes.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute admission and sales campaigns, leveraging various communication channels, including social media and email marketing.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in any field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to influence decision-making.
    • Result-oriented and able to meet sales targets and deadlines.
    • Passionate about learning new skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals.

    Career Service Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of career services, track employment outcomes, and make​data-driven decisions.
    • Work with the Head of unit Coordinate
    • Entrepreneurship innovation for sustainable enterprise support, i.e Business Incubation accelerators
    • Handle individual meetings and engagements with

    • Entrepreneurship Program Coordination: Coordinate and execute entrepreneurship programs, workshops, and events to empower students and alumni with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
    • Startup Support: Provide one-on-one guidance and resources to individuals interested in launching and growing their startups.
    • Networking and Industry Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors to facilitate meaningful connections for students and alumni.
    • Student Engagement: Drive student involvement in entrepreneurship-related activities.
    • Pitch Competitions: Organize and promote entrepreneurship pitch competitions to encourage students to showcase their innovative​ideas.
    • Incubator/Coworking Space: Oversee the management of on-campus or off-campus entrepreneurial incubator
    • Grant and Funding Assistance: Assist students and alumni in identifying and securing funding opportunities for their startup ventures.
    • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and maintain data on entrepreneurial activities, startup launches, and success rates, and provide regular reports on program effectiveness.
    • Career Counseling: Manage all individual meeting activities for all programs. Including CV reviews and mock Interviews.

    Requirements
    Applicant must possess the following:

    • Must possess an​ MSC.or BSc. in Entrepreneurship.
    • Must live on the Mainland (Lagos)
    • Must be Fluent in Communication.
    • ​Must possess sales skills.
    • Must understand the​ human resource relations.
    • Must be target-oriented.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Senior, Human Resource

    Job Description

    • Human resource operation: overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, working closely with the Administrative Manager and HR Specialist to ensure effective HR operations.
    • Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with the Administrative Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
    • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
    • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Collaboration with HR Specialist: Work closely with the HR Specialist to streamline HR processes, manage employee records, and implement HR technology solutions.
    • Provide quarterly strategic HR report for management information and corporate decision making on the workforce.

    Requirements

    • M.Sc in Human Resources
    • 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources
    • Professional membership with CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, IHRM, CPTD, TMP, GTM will be an added advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
