As a Public Sector Relationship Officer, the primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the public sector while contributing to the overall growth objectives of the bank.
The role requires identifying new business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Additionally, the role involves preparing proposals, portfolio reviews, and managing risk associated with client engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management, networking, and client engagement skills
Background in sales, marketing, or business development, with financial sector experience preferred
Analytical and problem-solving abilities for portfolio management and risk assessment
Knowledge of public sector policies and experience working with governmental institutions is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and industry regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
