    • Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better Member experience

    Regional Business Manager

    About You

    • As a Regional Business Manager you will be a business leader managing a designated area with the key responsibility of ensuring regional profitable growth, attainment of sales revenue through planning, execution and management of a team.
    • This will entail consistently achieving set sales targets and growth plans for the region, building strategic relationships that will deliver a pipeline of sales growth, oversee regional opex costings and developing an effective team.
    • The RBM will be completely responsible for driving new growth in the target region.

    This role reports directly into the Head Of Sales and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various leadership roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in the formulation of the tactical sales strategy, business plans implementation programs & budgets within the designated region.
    • Provide leadership and direction; and optimize Route To Market (RTM) & Distributor Development Design and development aimed to deliver numeric distribution growth and increase sales revenue.
    • Oversee the Regional Opex Management focusing on optimizing key cost drivers and deliver profitability
    • Champion the Customer Experience agenda within the region to deliver top of class experience on the after sales touch-points
    • Champion brand and trade visibility within the region through excellent trade marketing execution & relationship management.
    • Market intelligence - be the go to person on the region market insights and develop strategy to counter competition growth.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Minimum degree in a business field acquired from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 5-8 years hands on experience in managerial jobs in Service or FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/renewable energy industry within the South West region (having worked there) will be an added advantage.
    • Must be very fluent in Hausa and other relevant local languages.
    • Must be resident within the northern states and have a deep knowledge of the region.
    • Demonstrated ability of developing and leading a sales team that exceeds expectations
    • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets and building partnerships
    • Demonstrate problem solving capability - ability to create win-win situations while deriving desired numbers and outcomes
    • Commercial acumen - demonstrate ability to build business concepts from ambiguity and deploy within short periods of time to achieve high level of success
    • Willingness to spend an average of 4 days a week in the field

    Head of Lending Product

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage loan product portfolio
    • Manage all aspects of the loan product lifecycle from strategy and conceptualization to product rollout and further iterations.
    • Measure impact of loan products delivered, using data to back up insights
    • Regular reporting on performance of loan products 
    • Define and monitor product roadmap, achieve quarterly OKRs and team KPIs, based on the company’s objectives
    • Define product strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to design solutions to achieve this
    • Regularly conduct product and market research to identify member needs, opportunities for product performance improvement and new product development
    • Regularly review member feedback to discover opportunities for the business
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver product development
    • Monitor product performance to manage sustainable and profitable growth for the business, whilst ensuring member satisfaction
    • Provide leadership for loan department personnel, working closely with the team to manage all aspects of loan operations
    • Provide suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of loan operations 

    Minimum Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    • Professional qualifications will be an added advantage (e.g. Prince II, APM, Scrum)
    • A minimum of 5 years in a product-facing role, with at least 3-4 of these in the financial services industry

    What You’ll Need

    • A strong understanding of the Banking industry (understanding of the Nigerian-specific context is a plus)
    • A good understanding of risk, underwriting and credit policies
    • Proven ability to create and execute strategic product strategies 
    • Excellent project management skills (experience working with agile methodologies is a plus)

    Frontend Engineer

    What you’ll be doing 

    • Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to design and build a world-class product experience.
    • Own the entirety of your features; including component design, implementation, automated testing, and rollout.
    • Define and develop modern APIs that integrate web and mobile app clients with server backends.
    • You will be part of the team responsible for the design, architect and build of aesthetically-pleasing modern interfaces for our Web & Mobile products.
    • Bringing products and features to life, taking into careful consideration UX/UI design best practices.
    • Collaborating, testing and iterating core product features. This role is full time.
