    Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for an organized, creative, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our luxury hair brand.
    • This role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on social media content creation, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills and a passion for beauty and luxury branding.

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive Support:

    • Manage the MD’s schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.

    Social Media Management (MD's personal Account):

    • Assist in Creating, schedule, and post content across MD's personal platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

    Logistic Manager

    Job Description

    • As the Logistics Manager for our brand,you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain, inventory management, and distribution operations to ensure seamless delivery of premium products.
    • You will play a critical role in maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting its global or regional expansion.

    Responsibilities

    Supply Chain Management

    • Plan, implement, and monitor the entire supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective logistics solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and other legal requirements in all operating regions.

     Inventory Management

    • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage, overstocking, and stockouts.

    • You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the luxury standards of the brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner across all communication channels (phone, email, social media, and in-person).
    • Address customer inquiries about products, services, and policies with comprehensive and accurate information.
    • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, providing recommendations when appropriate.
    • Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

    • Prepare and submit weekly reports on customer interactions and trends.

    • Ensure professionalism and discretion, especially when dealing with VIP clients.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BA / BSc with 2 - 4 years experience.
