Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) at Onyx Beauty Hub

Job Overview

• We are looking for an organized, creative, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our luxury hair brand.
• This role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on social media content creation, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills and a passion for beauty and luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

• Manage the MD’s schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Social Media Management (MD's personal Account):

• Assist in Creating, schedule, and post content across MD's personal platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
• Develop visually appealing posts, captions, and promotional materials.
• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content strategy .

Project Coordination:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams and external partners.

Research & Reporting:

• Conduct competitor research and provide actionable insights.
• Compile reports and presentations to support decision-making.

Brand Representation:

• Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in executive support, with exposure to marketing or branding.
• Strong expertise in social media content creation and tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media analytics.
• Creative eye for design and alignment with luxury branding aesthetics.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social strategies.
