Job Description

• As the Logistics Manager for our brand,you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain, inventory management, and distribution operations to ensure seamless delivery of premium products.
• You will play a critical role in maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting its global or regional expansion.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

• Plan, implement, and monitor the entire supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and other legal requirements in all operating regions.

 Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage, overstocking, and stockouts.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to forecast demand accurately.

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate and oversee product distribution to retail outlets, e-commerce customers, and salons, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and evaluate their performance.
• Optimize routes, shipping methods, and transportation costs while maintaining quality standards.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in the logistics process and propose cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures.
• Use technology to automate and streamline logistics and inventory processes, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, train, and manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, production, and customer service) to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Quality Control

• Ensure that all logistics processes uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
• Address any issues in the supply chain that may compromise product quality or customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a luxury or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of global shipping practices, customs regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with luxury brands or in the beauty and haircare industry.
• Proven track record of reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
• Knowledge of sustainable logistics practices to align with brand values.
