• As a graduate Trainee, you will help shape the company's activities together with the various team manager.
• You will work across all teams to help create innovative ways to seamlessly manage, document and store their data, improve their activities, and ensure smooth running of the office.
• You will also help drive growth and build good working relationship across board.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Work with the team as a graduate trainee for a specified functions which may include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to specific team assigned.
• Develop work plans in accordance with team's objectives.
• Conduct independent research of administrative or operational areas specific to the assignment
• Assemble and analyzes statistical data and makes interpretations for application to area of assignment

Job Purpose

• To create high-impact multimedia content, including video, photography and motion graphics, that elevates our brand storytelling, supports product marketing initiatives and drives engagement across digital channels. The role is central to enhancing our visual communication, campaign execution and internal and external brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit videos for campaigns, product demos, thought leadership and social media.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography for digital and print needs.
• Collaborate with the team to align multimedia content with brand and messaging goals.
• Create animated explainers, short clips and highlight reels for product and event use.
• Manage multimedia asset libraries (videos, photos, raw files) for quick access and reuse.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and tone across platforms and formats.
• Research and apply evolving trends in multimedia, storytelling and digital formats.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
• Strong videography and photography skills, including use of professional camera gear and studio lighting.
• Excellent editing and post-production capabilities with a clear sense of pacing and visual narrative.
• Ability to translate briefs into engaging multimedia formats across different platforms.
• Self-driven with strong project management and communication skills.
• Motion design or animation experience is an added advantage

• As a sales manager, your responsibility is to plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of OnePort services to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of OnePort 365 services.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Review operational records and reports to VP, Sales and Marketing and determine profitability.
• Oversee branch sales managers and guide performance.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
• Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
• Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
• Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs.
• Direct foreign sales and service outlets of an organization.
