    Technical Sales Account Manager

    Key Objectives

    • Connect with big merchants in education, aviation, and hotels, targeting those with transactions over $1 million. Grow our business by finding, checking, and listing potential merchants.
    • Effectively present our online checkout products, emphasizing benefits and features, either in person or online.
    • Keep our sales records updated and accurate, documenting every merchant interaction for quick and informed decision-making.
    • Understand our online checkout products well, explain their value, and collaborate with the technical team to create special solutions when needed.
    • Build relationships with key people in schools, airlines, and hotels, tailoring product presentations to meet their specific needs. Additionally, lead negotiations, address concerns, and ensure successful contract closures with support from legal and finance teams. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance our product offering.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 4 years experience in selling tech or online payment services.
    • Understand and explain technical features easily.
    • Talk well, negotiate, and present ideas. Work alone or in a team smoothly.

    Sales Force (API)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify Prospects: Identify and approach small startups that could benefit from integrating our banking solution APIs into their products.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the benefits of our APIs and how they enhance startup products.
    • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with startups to understand their needs and tailor our APIs accordingly.
    • Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations and ensure successful contract closures.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with startup stakeholders.
    • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience, preferably in technology or financial services.
    • Good understanding of APIs and how they work together.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Capable of forming important connections with startup stakeholders.
    • Self-driven and proactive in approach.
