    Screen Printer / Branding Creator

    Job Description

    • Our company is looking for a hardworking and dedicated candidate to join us as a Screen Printer / Branding Creator.
    • As a Screen Printer/ Branding Creator, your primary responsibilities include printing various items such as paper, mugs, clothes, etc. You will also be responsible for mixing the inks to develop the required color for printing.
    • You should be creating innovative and artistic designs as per the requirements of the clients. You should also be maintaining and servicing the printing machine on a regular basis. Loading the screen for printing and printing the final product are some of your daily tasks.
    • Besides this, you should have incredible hand and eye coordination to succeed in this job position. You should also be solving technical problems as and when required. You should be folding and packaging the finished product as per the specifications of the client.
    • To be successful in this position, you should be willing to work for a long period of time and on weekends as well if needed. You should be able to lift heavy objects. You should also have excellent artistic abilities and a keen eye for details for accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving orders from the customers for printings.
    • Estimating the time and cost required to finish the final products.
    • Preparing inks and printing materials ready for printing.
    • Calibrating the printer before printing the designs
    • Loading the required design to the screen for printing.
    • Adjusting the screen plates and pressure rollers.
    • Loading the printed items and looking for faults, if any.
    • Maintaining the machine and supervising its parts on a weekly basis.
    • Packaging the final items as per the specifications.
    • Solving technical problems during the printing process.
    • Collaborating with the team members to finish the order in time.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND or equivalent.
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Work experience as a Screen Printer or a similar role in the Design department.
    • Ability to create innovative designs.
    • Ability to work individually or as part of a team as and when required.
    • Willingness to work for a long period of time.
    • Ability to pack the final product in a professional manner.
    • Eagerness to work on weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to work in chemical-smelling environments.
    • Amazing hand-eye coordination.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • The jobholder will effectively manage the implementation of a strategic human capital plan for talent acquisition, development, utilization, motivation, and retention that is aligned with the institution’s corporate strategy and business objectives

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes including reviewing job descriptions
    • Coordinate the active maintenance and analysis of accurate and reliable human resource data to inform strategic and operational decisions
    • Develop and implement an effective and robust employee performance management system that will motivate staff and improve staff productivity
    • Review and implement talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning, and succession planning
    • Manage a training plan and ensure required training is delivered within agreed/specific timescales and appropriately measured and reported on
    • Provide support and inputs to short-and long-term plans and budgets for the HR & Admin department
    • Establish systems to promote compliance with all aspects of the labour law and ensure review and amend policy and procedures as required
    • Perform any other duties as assigned

    Qualification Required & Experience
    Essential and Desirable Criteria:

    • A minimum of B.Sc in Human Resource Management or related management discipline from a recognized institution
    • Relevant Professional certification in Human Resources e.g. (PHR, HRCI, CIPD SHRM) will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role in the private and public sector,
    • Experience with International recruitment and in the Oil & gas industry is an advantage.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
