    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    • The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lab, overseeing laboratory analysis, accreditations and compliance to regulatory bodies in the laboratory.
    • The position ensures employees follow industry standards and safety regulations for handling and disposing of test samples. The laboratory Scientist is required to drive revenue working with the sales and business development team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop standard operating procedures for the lab according to industry standards and regulatory requirements including ISO standard. •Develop work rota for lab staff and develop guidelines or checklist for lab staff to follow during handover sessions
    • Monitor lab supplies, inventory and initiate purchase requests when supplies go below the minimum required amount
    • Receive urine, blood and other samples for processing analysis.
    • Prepare standard volumetric solutions or reagents to be combined with specimens.
    • Review lab results and approve lab results before issuance to clients.
    • Develop quality control/assurance measures, validation, and other quality activities to verify performance of clinical assays. .
    • Evaluate specimens received by the department and organize workflow to provide optimum efficiency of testing and tumaround time of results.
    • Stay up-to-date with regulations and guidelines and apply new changes to the lab SOPs, work instructions, QMS and other lab procedures
    • Drive business growth by serving as a technical consultant to the sales team and leading diagnostic operations during medical outreaches and community activations.

    Sales & Marketing Representative

    • We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support the acquisition of healthcare clients and promote our solutions across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, field visits, and

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify potential hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and corporate clients
    • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and physical visits

    Sales Support & Deal Execution

    Videographer & Video Editor

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years professional experience as a videographer and video editor.
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & Final Cut Pro
    • Strong proficiency in CapCut
    • Solid understanding of color grading and color correction
    • Ability to manage file formats, codecs, exports, and compression
    • Strong understanding of camera functions (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, frame rates, white balance)
    • Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras confidently
    • Strong visual storytelling ability
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
