    Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor

    deTo oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations within the Lube Manufacturing Plant, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of base oils, additives, packaging materials, and finished lubricants. The role ensures optimal stock management, cost-efficient logistics, and compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Conduct regular market surveys to gather insights on pricing, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare and submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
    • Provide recommendations to management on new business opportunities and strategic improvements.

    • Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing structure, and credit control guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and distributor accounts.
    • Promote a culture of operational discipline, ethical conduct, and safety compliance.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education Requirement

    • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in lubricant sales, distributorship management, and dealer development.
    • Strong understanding of the lubricant market, including retail and industrial segments.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
    • Strong analytical and market intelligence abilities.
    • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
