The programme cordinator is responsible for planning programme, programme management  and ensure smooth training implementation for a multi-level marketing business,

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• interfacing between the company and partcipants
• identify lapses and the resources required to deliver the programmes and marketing business.
• develop programme class schdeule and ensure strict adherence by facilitator .
• ensure the timely prepartion of training manuals.
• serve as a liason officer between the company and members.
• any other function as maybe directed by mamangement.

QUALIFICATION: B.SC/HND in relevant discipline .

Minimum of 5-7 yrs relevant experience.

JOB SKILLS:

The technical trainers services include technical support , repair sevices , spare parts , support agreements and customer training.

Qualification:

• B.sc in relevant discipline.
• 2-5yrs of cognate experience
• Experience in demonstarted technical competency with network technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a technical trainers , you will deliver high quality training classes on the installation , commissioning operation and maintenance .
• Trainer would work independently to ensure that trsining classses and material are consistently meet.
• Demonstrate mastery of applicableproduct con cepts and networking .
• followup on or refer any questions / needs attendees have that are outside of the training course.
• Notify appropriate team memebers ( sales , support, product management) of any outstanding or critical issues and maintain training room.
• energetic and self -motivated with strong interpersonnel and facilitation skills with people of different knowledge levels, learnuing styles backgrounds and personalties.
• proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple project simulteanously without management supervision.
• Experience in delivering on-site customer training prefeered experience customising training classes to fulfill unique customer requirement .
• superb oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills , proven analytical , methodical thinking,problem solving and decision making skills, teamplayer in a highly demanding environment willingliness to share knowledge and expertise with team members.

ROLE:

The successful household maintenance technicians will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to perform daily task required to ensure the operational availability of household equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• oversee analysis and adjustment of maiontenance pratices and procedures and preventative maintenace schedules.
