Programme Coordinator

Details:

The programme cordinator is responsible for planning programme, programme management and ensure smooth training implementation for a multi-level marketing business,

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- interfacing between the company and partcipants
- identify lapses and the resources required to deliver the programmes and marketing business.
- develop programme class schdeule and ensure strict adherence by facilitator .
- ensure the timely prepartion of training manuals.
- serve as a liason officer between the company and members.
- any other function as maybe directed by mamangement.
QUALIFICATION: B.SC/HND in relevant discipline .

Minimum of 5-7 yrs relevant experience.

JOB SKILLS:
- Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schdeule.
- Good interpersonnel skills and abilioty to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
