    Field Specialist Engineer

    • ISN Medical is looking for a Field Specialist Engineer to partner with customers in delivering top-tier technical support, installation, and maintenance of medical equipment. This position serves as an engineering expert consultant during pre- and post-sales activities and will collaborate with the broader commercial team to maximize sales growth, support instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.
    • This role is vital in driving customer satisfaction, supporting uptime, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

    What We are looking for:

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
    • 3+ years’ experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
    • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
    • OEM certifications and knowledge of ISO 13485 standards (preferred).
    • Willingness to travel extensively.

    Sales Specialist (Life Sciences)

    • We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position ISN as a market leader in Nigeria’s life sciences industry. This role ensures accuracy in business forecasting, promotes knowledge sharing, and enhances team capabilities through structured training and engagement.
    • This role is central to expanding revenue streams, improving sales pipeline efficiency, and supporting customer engagement through strategic sales execution.

    What We’re looking for:

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field. (Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage.)
    • Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
    • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in medical or laboratory equipment (life sciences focus preferred).
    • Strong technical knowledge of life sciences products and applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
