    Design Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Design Manager is accountable for ensuring that all project design outputs are complete, coordinated, compliant, buildable, cost-aligned, and issued in time to support construction delivery. The role controls the design process from concept to construction documentation, change management, site clarifications, and as-built close-out.

    Main Duties

    • Develop the Design Delivery Plan: deliverables list, timelines, responsibilities, review gates, and issue protocols.
    • Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, fire/life safety, civil/external works, and specialist designs as one integrated solution.
    • Lead design coordination meetings, manage clash resolution, and ensure drawing consistency across disciplines.
    • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes/standards and statutory approval requirements.
    • Track all approvals and coordinate submissions, revisions, and authority responses.
    • Ensure requirements such as accessibility, fire escape strategy, utilities integration, and operational functionality are resolved early.
    • Work with PM and Materials/QS to ensure design aligns with budget and schedule constraints.
    • Drive value engineering proposals with full impact analysis (cost, durability, maintenance, aesthetics, compliance).
    • Ensure buildability: practical details, sequencing, tolerances, and interface conditions are resolved before site.
    • Manage RFIs, design clarifications, and site change requests using controlled workflows.
    • Ensure no design change is implemented without formal approval and updated drawings.
    • Provide rapid design response to avoid delays, while protecting governance discipline.
    • Ensure redline/as-built capture processes are active throughout construction.
    • Deliver complete as-built drawing set, schedules, specifications, and technical documentation required for handover.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree and professional registration are strong advantages.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, including design coordination for construction projects.
    • Proven ability to manage consultants and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
    • Excellent understanding of documentation control procedures and construction detailing standards.

    Materials Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Materials Manager is accountable for end-to-end materials governance for the project quantification, demand planning, procurement support, logistics, receiving, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and materials cost variance control. This role ensures the project does not suffer from material shortages, wrong specifications, wastage, pilferage, over-ordering, or untraceable stock

    Main Duties

    • Lead material take-offs, validate BOQs, and establish consumption benchmarks per work package.
    • Build a Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) aligned to the construction schedule including long-lead items and critical path materials.
    • Maintain a rolling 3–8-week lookahead materials forecast.
    • Provide procurement with approved specifications, quantities, delivery timelines, and alternates where value engineering is viable.
    • Support vendor selection through technical/commercial evaluations and benchmarking.
    • Validate procurement requests against budget and programme; flag deviations early.
    • Establish receiving protocols: delivery notices, inspection checklists, documentation, and acceptance/rejection controls.
    • Ensure materials received are checked for: quantity, specification compliance, damages, certifications/test reports where applicable.
    • Ensure storage standards are maintained to prevent deterioration, damages, theft, or expiry.
    • Implement controlled issuance via approved requisitions from supervisors and track usage against installed quantities.
    • Maintain inventory records (bin cards, stock cards, receipt/issue registers, variance
    • registers).
    • Investigate and report variances, losses, abnormal consumption, and drive corrective actions.
    • Provide periodic materials cost variance reports (budget vs committed vs consumed vs wastage).
    • Support interim valuations and final account by reconciling materials installed vs issued.
    • Ensure materials close-out: surplus recovery, returns, and final reconciliation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; required.
    • COREN/QSRBN registration is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years managing materials/logistics/control on active projects.
    • Strong competence in reconciliation, procurement support, and site coordination.

    Site Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Site Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that discipline-specific works are executed to specification, on schedule, safely, and with verifiable quality records. The supervisor enforces method statements, coordinates daily execution, confirms readiness of work fronts, and drives productivity without compromising quality or HSE.

    Main Duties

    • Develop daily and weekly execution plans aligned to the master programme.
    • Confirm readiness: drawings, materials, labour, equipment, access, permits, and method statements.
    • Supervise execution, enforce sequencing, and remove blockers early.
    • Ensure work is executed strictly to approved drawings/specifications.
    • Implement inspection/test plans (ITPs), hold points, and witness tests as required.
    • Raise NCRs for non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are executed and verified.
    • Coordinate interfaces across disciplines (e.g., MEP penetrations in civil works, builder’s work, sleeves, openings, and finishes coordination).
    • Manage RFIs and ensure site queries are logged and resolved before proceeding.
    • Provide weekly progress inputs for reporting and payment certification support.
    • Monitor subcontractor productivity and quality; escalate underperformance.
    • Ensure efficient use of labour and material through proper planning and supervision.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in site execution and supervision on similar projects.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, enforce project specifications, and manage inspections and documentation.

    HSE Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HSE Supervisor is accountable for establishing and enforcing a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental management system for the Jubilee Project, ensuring that all works are conducted in compliance with statutory requirements and project standards. The HSE Supervisor holds stop-work authority where unsafe acts/conditions exist and is responsible for incident prevention, training, inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement.

    Main Duties

    • Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan, including risk assessments, controls, site rules, and emergency response plans.
    • Establish reporting systems: hazard reporting, near-miss logs, incident tracking, audit calendars.
    • Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and enforcement actions for compliance breaches.
    • Ensure PPE compliance, work-at-height controls, lifting operations controls, electrical safety, excavation safety, and housekeeping standards.
    • Implement Permit-to-Work (if applicable) and control high-risk activities.
    • Ensure 100% HSE induction for all workers and visitors.
    • Conduct toolbox talks and targeted training for high-risk activities.
    • Lead safety campaigns, drills, and behavioural safety initiatives.
    • Lead incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action tracking.
    • Maintain accurate records suitable for audits and regulatory review.
    • Report trends and recommend systemic improvements to PM and Board.
    • Maintain emergency response readiness: first aid, fire safety, evacuation drills.
    • Implement waste management and environmental protection controls appropriate to the site.

    Requirements

    • Recognized HSE qualification or certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent); strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ HSE experience on construction sites, including strong exposure to high‑risk controls.
    • Strong competence in incident investigation, documentation, and reporting.
