    Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Interswitch’s machine learning operations (MLOps) ecosystem.
    • He/she will ensure the seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of machine learning models while enabling data scientists and engineers to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deploy and manage machine learning models and pipelines, automate deployment processes, and monitor model performance in production environments.
    • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to provision, configure, and maintain the necessary resources for machine learning workloads.
    • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML projects, ensuring seamless and efficient deployment processes.
    • Monitor and optimize model performance, scaling resources as needed to accommodate increased workloads and maintain system stability.
    • Maintain version control for machine learning models and associated codebase using industry-standard tools (e.g., Git).
    • Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful model deployments and integration.
    • Adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring data privacy and protection.
    • Create and maintain documentation for MLOps processes and workflows.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine learning pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION(S) and CERTIFICATION

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years in data science and/or 1-2 years in DevOps role.
    • 1-2 years in a data role for reporting purposes such as operations reporting, statistics, etc.

    Sales Manager, Digital Ecosystems

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives within the group for example, identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with partners and customers.
    • He/she will maintain great relationships within the local market, with service providers and fintech.
    • The ideal candidate will interact with the business development team to achieve client expectations and position our products for local market adoption across verticals.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee and manage sales and partnerships within the digital ecosystems’ sales team.
    • Develop forecasts of VAS and API products and generate demand to target markets.
    • Coordinate with the business development team to ensure partners (VAS aggregator(s), POS Agency providers, and strategic partners) are managed with alignment to defined goals and strategic initiatives.
    • Work with internal teams to handle issues related to VAS and API products, and manage clients to ensure all inquiries, issues, and complaints are handled according to agreed SLA’s.
    • Participate in the overall development of VAS & API products strategy, plan, and roadmap to drive VAS and API products revenue.
    • Negotiate and maintain standard agreements with service providers for digital ecosystem products.
    • Grow the adoption of APIs across market segments.
    • Meet sales targets.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION(S) and CERTIFICATION

    • First degree from a reputable university (Master's degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage)

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 3-6 years working experience in business development and sales.
    • A strong background in the sales of VAS products within the Nigerian market.
    • Experience with managing partnerships with fintech and telco’s
    • Experience with using sales tools – CRM, Salesforce, and Dynamics tool.
