• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Overseeing the conduction of pharmacovigilance by participating and or delegating the exercise and sharing the feedback with Management and using information gathered to determine opportunities by recommending new product developments and also market threats.
• Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, product information
• Able to benchmark and understand market best practices
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with the research and development unit and assisting with product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Perform other work-related tasks as required.

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.

Job Description

• Responsible for the daily management and development of direct and indirect reports on multiple shifts.
• Responsible for consulting production schedules and coordinating with supervisors, leads, and supporting functional areas across multiple shifts to ensure production areas and equipment are prepared for scheduled operations.
• Responsible for evaluating work in progress and resolving production, quality, equipment, and other issues by working with appropriate departments and making real-time decisions in response to unexpected events.
• Responsible for coordination with relevant departments to ensure support for production activities in accordance with company priorities and production schedules.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing improvement initiatives within the Production Department.
• Responsible for assisting with investigations into production anomalies and laboratory results that do not meet expected standards.
• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of validation protocols for equipment, processes, products, and affected facility or utility areas.
• Responsible for writing, reviewing, and/ or approving standard operating procedures, work instructions, etc. required to operate in the manufacturing and packaging area.
• Responsible for maintaining job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, (cGMPs) Standard Operating Procedures, (SOPs), and Batch Record Instructions.
• Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
