• Our client is seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer to join the Technical Department!
• As a key member of the team, you'll provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure at a designated client location.

Key Responsibilities

• Network monitoring and maintenance
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration of network devices
• Client relationship management
• Documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ISP technologies (FTTH, FTTX, MPLS, VLANs, BGP)
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall configurations
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, PRTG, MRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Net Monthly.
