    Corporate Finance Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and the Head of Finance.
    • Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
    • Identify gaps in current financial processes and establish more effective and scalable procedures.
    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and trends, ensuring the business stays on track to meet growth targets.
    • Oversee all day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and payroll.
    • Oversee audits and manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or any related field.( Professional qualifications are an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry.
    • Knowledge of marketing finance
    • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
    • Knowledge of accounting and financial software.
    • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

    Supply Chain Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse
    • Managing inventory, packing and distribution.
    • Managing importation of raw materials.
    • Source and select suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews to assess reliability, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
    • Manage supplier relationships and vendor contracts, negotiating terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, fill rates, and lead times, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, import/export regulations, and customs procedures related to supply chain operations, maintaining documentation and records as necessary.
    • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies in supply chain management, staying updated on best practices and innovations to drive continuous improvement.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    •  Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
    • Knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry standards, including inventory management, procurement strategies, and transportation logistics

    Procurement Team Lead

    Job Summary:

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the procurement process, ensuring cost effectiveness, and building strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • You will lead a team to execute procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and drive efficiency across all purchasing activities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies for local and foreign suppliers that support the company’s business objectives.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvement in the Company’s procurement process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for analysis.
    • Develop and maintain revenue performance metrics and KPIs, monitoring performance against targets and providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
    • Assist in implementing systems, technologies, and tools to enhance transparency, visibility, efficiency, and collaboration with clients and internal customers.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to standardize and optimize procurement processes, improve lead times, and ensure quality and reliability of the Company’s supply chain.
    • Support the analysis and evaluation of supplier performance, including monitoring on-time delivery, quality metrics, and contract compliance.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions while maintaining quality standards.
    • Monitor market trends and industry best practices in the commodities trading, haulage & logistics supply chain management, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Informs Company’s personnel of standard purchasing procedures and regulations and maintains purchasing records.
    • Ensure appropriate cost, quality and vendor analysis/comparisons before embarking on the purchase of any and all equipment.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
    • 5 – 7 years of previous experience in a similar role
    • Proven track record in leading or setting up a procurement team and leading cross-functional projects.
    • Experience within commodities trading space will be an added advantage.
    • Credible experience in across the procurement value-chains.
    • Knowledge of import processes
    • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
