    Job Description

    • As a Website Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing websites, landing pages, funnels, and email marketing systems.
    • Your role will combine both creative design and technical skills to enhance the user experience, drive conversions, and ensure seamless digital marketing campaigns.
    • You will collaborate with our marketing team to create high-converting funnels, eye-catching websites, and targeted email campaigns to help scale our business and meet our growth objectives.

    Responsibilities
    Website Design & Development:

    • Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and GoDaddy.
    • Ensure websites are visually appealing, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand identity.
    • Design and implement sales pages, funnels, and landing pages optimized for conversion.

    Funnel Building & Sales Pages:

    • Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and email sequences to maximize conversion rates using platforms such as Kartra, GoHighLevel, and Deadline Funnel.
    • A/B testing to continuously improve funnel performance and user experience.

    Email Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop email marketing strategies and implement campaigns through platforms like Kartra or other email marketing tools.
    • Automate email sequences, segment lists, and track analytics to ensure effective communication with prospects and customers.

    Tools & Platforms Proficiency:

    • Proficient in Figma for designing UI/UX mockups and prototypes.
    • Familiarity with Kartra, GoHighLevel, and Deadline Funnel for funnel building, automation, and webinar integrations.
    • Experience using Namecheap, squarespace and GoDaddy for domain management.

    Webinars & Online Events:

    • Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing webinars using webinar platforms integrated into sales funnels.
    • Design engaging and interactive webinar landing pages and email reminders.

    Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement effective strategies that align with business goals.
    • Analyze website and funnel performance to continuously improve user engagement and conversion rates.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and enhance its operational strategies while driving growth and excellence.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to scale operations, streamline processes, and build a high-performing team.
    • A critical aspect of this role will be leveraging marketing expertise, particularly in marketing premium products and digital marketing strategies, including funnels, to identify opportunities, execute strategies, and position Veripass as a leader in its industry.
    • The Head of Operations will report to the CVO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring growth and the accomplishment of strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operational Excellence:

    • Develop and implement scalable operational strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
    • Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, leveraging technology and innovative practices.
