    • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and secure contracts with school stakeholders.
    • Relationship Building: Expertise in engaging school owners, proprietors and administrators.
    • Data-Driven: Skilled in using analytics to optimize acquisition strategies.
    • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling value propositions.
    • Bonus: Existing networks in the education sector.
