    Fleet Operations Manager

    Job Duties

    • Ensure the services of the organization are effectively communicated and that management projected performances are surpassed.
    • Track all in-transit buses assigned to the terminal effectively and ensure their availability to meet the projected demand by customers
    • Ensure available buses are effectively fixed and ready for daily operations within stipulated turnaround time
    • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure available buses are fit for use and are in alignment with the approved SCS (service,comfort,safety) standards for our fleet.
    • Efficiently coordinate the daily operations of the terminal with the objective of ensuring zero service disruptions and service failures.
    • Ensure available buses are efficiently assigned to routes, positioned for boarding.
    • Ensure strict adherence to scheduled departure timelines and minimize service disruptions
    • Ensure guests who have opted for pick up services are effectively processed in line with their bookings and picked up at their preferred location
    • Ensure all information passed by management is effectively communicated to and understood by all terminal based staff.
    • Promptly communicate shortage or surplus of buses at the terminal to the designated Operations support team.
    • Resolve minor grievances or disputes that does not require escalation
    • Ensure the terminal and its ambience is properly maintained and is in compliance with “The Company” standards by the facility maintenance team
    • Ensures all transactions are effectively managed and documented on the approved ERP platform and that experience officers remit accurate sales to the accountant
    • Identify opportunities to improve the interface and service to our customers
    • Ensure all employees within the terminal comply strictly with the policies and procedures of the organization. E.g. resumption time, dress code, friendly attitude towards guests etc.
    • Promote our services to encourage greater use of online booking platforms (Website and App).
    • Liaise and negotiate with different stakeholders including local authorities, regulatory bodies, highways authorities and reps of host community as authorized by management.
    • Develop and implement terminal staff shift schedule in compliance with standards set by HCD.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND qualification in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management
    • Knowledge of fleet management is an added advantage
    • Good communication skills (writing & speaking)
    • Able to deliver positive results under pressure and manage difficult situations.
    • Customer-centric skills.
    • Proactive and team player.
    • Knowledge of fleet management is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in the use of modern technology and relevant Microsoft Office tools.

    Terminal Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure day to day terminal operations run smoothly.
    • Ensure scheduled service timelines are strictly adhered to, minimize disruption and resolve any unscheduled delays.
    • Coordinate the activities of the terminal operations staff to ensure available buses are assigned to routes, positioned and moved efficiently and effectively
    • Disseminate information as communicated by Management to terminal staff members
    • Communicate shortage or surplus of buses at the terminal to the Operations manager.
    • Ensure all buses blown to the terminal are effectively tracked in transit.
    • Resolve minor grievances or disputes that do not require escalation.
    • Ensure the terminal facilities are efficiently cleaned and maintained.
    • Ensure the terminal meets its performance and safety targets
    • Ensure the timely use of appropriate software/ tools for all operational processes.
    • Ensures all booking Officers remit accurate “sales” to the accounts department
    • Proactively attend to guest’s questions and queries and deliver high standard of customer experience.

    Customer Service Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling Outbound and Inbound calls from customers.
    • Providing information and resolving customers on complaints regarding specific products as well as services.
    • Selling additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell Transferring customer calls with complex queries to appropriate staff.
    • Recognizing, documenting, and informing the supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external customer calls.
    • Provide information and advice to customers relating to bus fare, booking procedure, and other inquiries - in a patient and calm manner through all service channels.
    • Interpret and accurately communicate our terms and conditions of service where and when applicable.
    • Assist guest in managing existing reservations/ bookings with reference to rescheduling and re-routing.
    • Ensure deliverables are met within ascribed SLA timeframe.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of two (4) years cognate experience in Customer Service/ Care.

    Workshop Manager (Vehicle Maintenance)

    Job Description

    • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
    • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.

    • Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
    • Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.

    Requirements

    • A Post-secondary Degree / Diploma and or related experience in heavy duty maintenance. Understanding equipment mining and shop scheduling.
    • 5 to 10 years of maintenance related experience is an asset.
    • Have a good understanding of maintenance facility flow along with a strong understanding of parts inventory flow, systems and supplier base specifics, to mine utility equipment and winches and tuggers.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
