    Project Officer

    • The Ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, this includes monitoring changes in regulations and advising on their impact.
    • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, such as applications for marketing authorization, to relevant authorities.
    • Maintaining accurate records of submissions and ensuring compliance.
    • Planning and executing regulatory projects, setting milestones and timelines, and managing resources effectively.
    • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
    • Serving as a point of contact with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicating regulatory requirements and updates to the project team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Providing guidance and strategic input to senior management on regulatory matters throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and adjusting plans as needed to ensure projects stay on track.

    Requirements

    • First degree in Project Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year working experience post NYSC.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Must have strong attention to detail.
    • Must have excellent time management skills.
    • Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and records.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Inventory Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track inventory levels across warehouses and stores.
    • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
    • Monitor goods-in and goods-out flows and ensure records match physical stock.
    • Generate stock reports to support procurement decisions.
    • Flag fast- and slow-moving items and recommend stock adjustments compliance tracking.
    • Ensure accurate updates in inventory management software (IMS).
    • Maintain stock ledgers, product SKUs, and bar coding.
    • Monitor inventory shrinkage and investigate discrepancies.
    • Support stock audits and enforce inventory control procedures.
    • Ensure inventory processes align with internal policies and regulatory standards.
    • Prepare documentation for goods received and issued.

    Requirements

    • Good first degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/IMS).
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
    • Familiarity with retail/FMCG industry a plus.

    Operations Support Officer

    • The company is seeking to hire an Operations Support Officer who will ensures seamless daily operations by coordinating workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient processes across logistics, warehouse, inventory, and customer service functions. This role is key to sustaining operational excellence as we scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and support order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery processes.
    • Maintain operational calendars and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
    • Support implementation of SOPs across branches for process consistency.
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for streamlining workflows.
    • Assist in setting up new branches, infrastructure, and tools to enhance productivity.
