    HR Operations Manager

    The HR Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the HR function while championing a strong employee experience and engagement culture. The role ensures efficient delivery of HR services, policy compliance, and seamless employee lifecycle management, while designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

    Job Details

    HR Operations Management

    • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, employee records management, confirmations, exits, and compliance processes.
    • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data and systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal governance frameworks.
    • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and interface with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing.

    Policy Implementation & Compliance

    • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
    • Provide guidance to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and organisational standards.

    Employee Engagement & Experience

    • Design and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
    • Lead engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal events.
    • Analyse engagement data and recommend actionable interventions to improve employee morale and retention.
    • Drive internal communication initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

    Performance & Culture Support

    • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including appraisals, PIP administration, and documentation.
    • Promote a high-performance culture through effective employee experience initiatives.
    • Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to address employee concerns and improve workplace climate.

    HR Systems & Reporting

    • Manage HRIS and ensure optimal utilisation for reporting and decision-making.
    • Generate and analyse HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, absenteeism, etc.) to inform leadership decisions.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as a key interface between employees, management, and HR leadership.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • Provide advisory support to managers on employee relations and engagement matters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD) is desirable
    • 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations and employee engagement
    • Experience managing HR systems and data analytics
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

    Rewards & Benefit Manager

    The Rewards & Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition frameworks. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

    Job Details

    Compensation Management

    • Design and maintain competitive salary structures and grading systems.
    • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.
    • Manage annual salary review, increment, and promotion cycles.
    • Ensure internal pay equity and adherence to organisational policies and budgets.

    Benefits Administration

    • Oversee all employee benefits programs including health insurance, pension, leave policies, wellness programs, and other perks.
    • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party benefits providers.
    • Continuously assess and improve benefits offerings to enhance employee experience and retention.

    Incentives & Performance Rewards

    • Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive plans (bonuses, commissions, performance pay).

    Policy Development & Governance

    • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.

    • Provide advisory support to management on reward-related decisions.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare regular reports on reward spend, trends, and effectiveness.
    • Support workforce planning and budgeting with reward-related analytics.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders on reward strategies.
    • Communicate reward policies and programs clearly to employees and management.
    • Lead reward-related employee education and engagement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) is desirable
    • 5–8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards function
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools and Excel
    • Experience in designing reward structures in a corporate or multi-business environment
