    Chemical Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities
    • Interface between the company and potential clients through direct communication such as onsite meetings, telephone calls and presentations to promote our brand and services
    • Maintain and keep a good relationship with our clients
    • Prepare marketing plans and strategies
    • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
    • A thorough understanding of clients’ needs/objectives
    • 80% of the time will be out of the office for follow-up and follow-through meetings.
    • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Discuss material needs and requirements with customers and engineers.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related Science field but a Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Tech, is an added advantage.
    • 3 - 6 years of experience in sales and construction chemical field or FMCG.
    • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
    • Confident negotiator and ability to close deals
    • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and business writing skills especially proposals
    • Proficient in MS Office packages especially PowerPoint
    • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

    Salary
    N100,000 Monthly.

    Civil / Structural Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Providing technical input into every aspect of the project
    • Supervision and construction of civil structures
    • Ensuring cost control, project scope and schedule management
    • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to line managers
    • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
    • Provide schedules of works and coordinate all site activities.
    • Provide supervision to sub-contractors assigned to the project.
    • Preparing Schedule of Materials and manpower

    Job Requirements

    • Academic qualification - University Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 2-6 years post NYSC experience in Civil/structural engineering.
    • Proficiency in Structural design/detailing
    • Proven experience in building construction
    • On-site construction planning and management
    • Excellent Time management skills
    • Proven ability to work with little supervision and collaboratively
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to details
    • Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills
    • A good understanding of HSE duties.

    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to client enquiries
    • Issue visitor’s tags to visitors/clients
    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails to the appropriate staff/department.
    • Operate/Oversee the operation of television in the lounge.
    • Raise for the subscription of the TV decoder.
    • Provide administrative /secretarial support for staff as may be requested.
    • Receive mails/correspondence and distribute accordingly.
    • Taking minutes at every General Staff Meeting and circulating such minutes latest 24 hours after the meeting.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or related fields.
    • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
    • Demonstrable experience in customer service in an environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling client’s complaints and/or requests
    • Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages/equipment.
    • Excellent communication skills

    Minimum Competencies / Skills:

    • Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications –Microsoft office suite (excel word and power point), outlook express, internet etc.

    Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and leading the project team.
    • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
    • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
    • Providing status reports to the client.

    Responsibilities

    • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.

    AC / HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    • The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair an air conditioner.
    • They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
    • They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
    • They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
    • They install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
    • They make adjustments and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
    • They install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
    • They clean blowers and coils, check the tensions of belts and motors.
    • They make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
    • They inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
    • Repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, DX units, heat pumps, and chillers.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / OND / HND / BSC or equivalent qualification.
    • 1 - 5 HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance experience.
    • Completion of a Post Secondary School Training Program or Trade Tesst Certification in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
    • Certification in Trade test will be an added advantage.
    • Strength, agility, and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to tolerate working indoors or outdoors in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions
    • Courtesy and tact in dealing with sometimes aggravated customers.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Detail-oriented and problem-solving personality.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N80,000 / month.
    • Salary is subject increase after probation
