The Assistant Graphic Designer will support the design and marketing team in producing high-quality visual content used for branding, advertising, product promotion, and internal communication within the automobile manufacturing company. The role involves assisting with creative designs, product visuals, digital content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Support
- Assist in developing visual concepts and designs for flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior designers in creating product catalogs, brand assets, and automobile model illustrations.
Digital Content & Social Media Design
- Design basic graphics for social media posts, display ads, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit photos and prepare digital assets for online use.
Product & Automotive Design Assistance
- Assist in creating product mock-ups, technical illustrations, and renderings for new and existing automobile models.
- Work with the Technical Design and R&D teams to prepare visual materials for marketing presentations.
Branding & Identity Support
- Ensure designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and maintain uniformity across all materials.
- Prepare templates for internal communications, reports, uniforms, signage, and packaging.
Printing & Production Assistance
- Prepare print-ready files and assist in liaising with print vendors.
- Support quality checks of printed materials and ensure accurate color and finish.
Administrative & Team Collaboration
- Organize design files, archives, and digital storage.
- Provide general design support during exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, and trade fairs.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and sales teams on ongoing design needs.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
- Design certifications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Motion Graphics) are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in graphic design, preferably in an automobile, engineering, or manufacturing company.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills is required.
Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is an advantage.
- Ability to create simple product mock-ups and visual renderings.
- Strong photo editing and layout skills.

Job Summary
The Accountant (Group Accounting) is responsible for managing financial reporting and accounting activities across the company and its related entities in accordance with group accounting policies, statutory requirements, and applicable financial reporting standards. The role ensures accurate consolidation of financial statements, compliance with internal controls, and timely reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
Group Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and maintain group financial records in line with approved accounting policies.
- Perform consolidation of financial statements across subsidiaries or related entities.
- Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and eliminated during consolidation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for group management.
General Accounting Operations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial postings.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Conduct account reconciliations including bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support statutory audits and provide required documentation to auditors.
- Assist in tax reporting and regulatory filings as required.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement and maintain strong internal control procedures.
- Monitor compliance with group financial policies and reporting guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting operations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required or in progress.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or group corporate structures.
- Strong knowledge of group accounting and financial consolidation processes.
- Good understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
