    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the Finance team in billing, reconciliation, and accounts management.
    • The role ensures compliance with financial policies and contributes to efficient revenue management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record, verify, and process financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoices, and journal entries.
    • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered.
    • Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
    • Maintain proper financial documentation for audits and reporting.
    • Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    HMO / Billing Officer

    Job Summary

    • The HMO / Billing Officer is responsible for managing HMO claims, patient billing, and accounts receivable processes.
    • The role ensures accurate claim submissions, timely payment collection from HMOs and patients, and compliance with hospital financial policies, contributing to the hospital’s revenue integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, verify, and submit HMO claims according to contractual agreements.
    • Generate accurate patient invoices for services rendered.
    • Track and follow up on outstanding HMO and patient payments.
    • Reconcile HMO payments and resolve discrepancies or denials.
    • Maintain proper documentation of all billing and claims activities.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (Clinical, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure accurate billing.
    • Respond professionally to HMO representatives’ and patients’ billing inquiries.
    • Assist in reporting and analysis of billing performance and outstanding receivables.

    Requirements

    Optician

    Job Summary

    • The Optician is responsible for assisting patients with the selection, fitting, and dispensing of corrective eyewear and visual aids according to prescriptions from Optometrists or Ophthalmologists.
    • The role ensures patients receive accurate and high-quality vision correction solutions while providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical devices according to prescriptions.
    • Advise patients on lens options, frames, and care of eyewear.
    • Measure and adjust frames for proper fit and comfort.
