    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Responsibilties
    Strategic HR Partnership:

    • Partner with line managers and department heads to understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
    • Drive workforce planning and organizational design strategies.
    • Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects.

    Talent Management & Development:

    • Lead recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
    • Identify talent gaps and implement succession planning strategies.

    Performance Management:

    Key Responsibilities

    Internal Control Officer

    Job Description

    • Assess key risks facing the bank and identify appropriate mitigation measures using the Risk Management Graduation Model (RMGM).
    • Develop, analyze, and disseminate risk measurements, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
    • Manage enterprise-wide risks across all units of the bank and follow up to ensure timely compliance with risk observations and recommendations.
    • Handle customer complaints received via the Toll-Free Telephone Line, investigate reported issues, and escalate findings to the Unit Head for management action.
    • Review and verify Loan Officers’ daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

    Team Lead, Financial Control

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare monthly management accounts, income statements, and balance sheet reviews.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Manage treasury operations and cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.

    IT Help Desk Officer

    Job Description
    User Support & Training:

    • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to bank staff.
    • Create and manage employee profiles and login access for banking applications and mail servers.
    • Train staff on the use of banking software and computer applications.
    • Maintain and update error logs for system issues and resolutions.

    Banking Application & System Operations:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues related to banking applications and messaging systems.
    • Perform End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and End-of-Year (EOY) processing.
    • Manage the Bank’s SMS portal.
    • Conduct regular system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.

    Data & Database Management:
