• Develop, maintain, and update company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.

• Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and hardware components.

• Provide technical support and expertise for Zoho software applications, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams and track the progress until resolution.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in web development using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, networking concepts, and server administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role, with a focus on fashion education.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and working with sewing machines.
• Proficiency in developing training modules, curriculum, and educational materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
