Job Description

• Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions for students in both online and offline formats.
• Develop comprehensive training modules and materials that cover various aspects of fashion design, sewing techniques, and equipment operation.
• Instruct students on the proper usage of sewing machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide practical demonstrations, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on guidance to enhance students' understanding and skills.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and active participation.
• Adapt training methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of individual students.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the fashion industry to continually enhance the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors, administrators, and staff to contribute to the overall success of the fashion school.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role, with a focus on fashion education.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and working with sewing machines.
• Proficiency in developing training modules, curriculum, and educational materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
