    Marketing Manager - Hero

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Deep consumer understanding to develop winning brand strategies and plans, Lead the execution of brand plans to drive brand growth
    • Innovative ideas and opportunity identification by applying the Front-end innovation process
    • Developing and sustaining a balanced short-to long-term innovation pipeline for the brand
    • Development of differentiated & compelling brand positioning, -purpose, -ladder, core creative idea and marketing mix
    • Influencing stakeholders at different levels, building and maintaining collaborative cross-functional relationships across the Zone
    • Supporting innovation capability building; budget management
    • Job requires frequent work trips to South East Nigeria
    • Established leadership ability at mid / senior level

    Brand Manager - Trophy Lager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Directly lead all Brand led events.
    • Co create brand plans for all year-round campaigns
    • Directly lead Development of creatives all through the year for Digital across all the campaigns and always
    • on content.
    • Analyze data for insights & articulates opportunities for the brand
    • Lead and manage influencers/celebrities all through the year to deliver Earned media
    • Always ON radio assets- ensure our radio assets are maximized. Develop content for radio sponsorship
    • Establish and maintain social systems between regions and across relevant functions to ensure
    • collaboration and ongoing feedback loops
    • Lead BTL In-bar activations for brand campaigns e.g. in-bar activations, or tactical in-bar
    • activations. Working with trade marketing team. Develop creatives for in-bar as needed by the Trade

    Qualification & Experience:

    GL ATR Specialist

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    General Ledger Accounting:

    • Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes
    • Prepare Journal Entries for monthly and year end close activities
    • Ensure Data Accuracy
    • Review and Analyze Financial Statement line items and perform variance analysis
    • Perform reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts to ensure integrity of accounts
    • Support HOF with tasks as may be assigned from time to time

    Intercompany Reporting and Reconciliation:

    • Transactional recording of invoices for cross charge purposes
    • Leading dispute resolution
    • Forecasting payments
    • Working with NoCC and GCC team on monthly accounts reconciliation process
    • Supervising monthly ICP reporting process to ensure no mismatch at month end.
    • Advising local teams on IC transaction in line with CBN regulation

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Accounting Degree or equivalent
    • 5 years’ experience in similar role
    • Understanding of ERP accounting system
    • Excel functional knowledge is a requirement
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
    • Team player and good communication skills
