    Land Surveyor (Entry Level)

    Job Role / Objectives

    • We seek to recruit a Land Surveyor (Entry Level) to assist in managing and coordinating surveys and investigations of land surfaces and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Position Overview / Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing and coordinates surveys and investigations of land surfaces.
    • Ensure accurate measurements of the ground as required, including aspects such as small and large-scale distances, angles and elevations.
    • Gather data on the earth's physical and man-made features through surveys
    • Assist in supervising and use digital mapping and processing data.
    • Make use of geographical information systems (GIS) to analyze and interpret site features.
    • Use computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information.
    • Handle the preparation of survey maps, plans, and exhibits.
    • Provide surveying expertise to special surveying problems.
    • Meet with Civil and design engineers to determine pertinent information required for project plans
    • Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • A First Degree from a recognized University in Civil/Structural Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, Geography, Geo-technology, Land/Estate Surveying, Planning or Building.
    • 3 years post NYSC experience in conducting land surveys/in the field.
    • Ability to perform horizontal and vertical survey calculations.
    • Ability to work with design engineers, clients, contractors.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field
    • Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Experienced Civil Engineer

    Job Role / Objectives

    • We seek to recruit an Experienced Civil Engineer that would oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and infrastructural built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, structures and buildings, power plants, water and sewage systems etc.

    Position Overview / Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at the site. Ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.
    • Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations to establish effective and efficient project executions.
    • Identify and resolve project design and development problems
    • Recommend measures to enhance improvement or efficiency opportunities that may arise.
    • Coordinate field work including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes.
    • Identify and implement construction-specific opportunities for improvement.
    • Test building materials for quality and provide costs estimates and labour required for each project.
    • Assess the environmental impact and risks connected to projects.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of local, state and federal government/agencies rules, standards and procedures.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • A First Degree or Master's Degree from a recognized University in Civil / Structural Engineering
    • Being a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and COREN is desirable.
    • Professional membership with any internationally recognized engineering body (E.g PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
    • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in construction and project execution.
    • Ability to work with design engineers, clients and contractors.
    • Ability to work with CAD Packages.
    • Excellent time management skills in order to handle competing deadlines.
    • A high level of autonomy and self-efficiency with attention to detail.
    • Intermediate use of general computer programs such as packages in the Microsoft Office Suite.

    Experienced Account Officer

    Job Role / Objectives

    • We seek to recruit an Experienced Account Officer who will be responsible for timely and accurate information reporting including responsibilities for job cost tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, processing bank draws, research and tax processes.

    Position Overview / Responsibilities

    • Maintain general accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing and general ledger posting.
    • Receive, verify and reconcile all vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
    • Prepare monthly financial statements, including monthly (Work in Progress) WIP reports
    • Perform bank account reconciliations and assist with corporate balance sheet reconciliations and other corporate monthly internal management reports.
    • Prepare and issue monthly pay slips for staff.
    • Process payment of Site allowance as appropriate.
    • Establish and maintain access to Low cost funding
    • Automate Key Accounting Business processes.
    • Prepare and update monthly PAYE and Pension schedule for payment.
    • File Monthly VAT returns Assist project teams in analysing and reporting of project costs.
    • Communicate with project managers, vendors, and external parties to manage draw requests/requirements.
    • Code and record monthly requisitions from contractors and other vendors.
    • Preparation of documents for registration with regulatory bodies and retrieval of certificates.
    • Carry out tax report in a timely manner
    • Minimise tax liability through thorough planning
    • Ensure remittance for Taxes are made on time.

    • Ensure the timely creation of invoices to clients upon product delivery or project completion.
    • Process and monitor payments and expenses.
    • Receive and verify all vendor invoices.
    • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of payments to vendors and employees for goods and services incurred on behalf of the company and collection from customers for goods and services.
    • Tax Management
    • Internal and External Stakeholder Experience Management (Service)
    • Resolution of accounting issues.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • B.Sc. or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related course
    • 5-7 years experience in accounts payables, receivables, general accounting principles, practice, and procedures.
    • Being a member of an internationally recognised accounting professional body: ICAN,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is a must.
    • Financial reporting & analysis hands-on experience
    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, advanced formulas, pivot tables etc.). Proficient with other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong ethics, integrity, and sound logical judgment possessing a firm yet friendly approach.
    • Must possess impeccable integrity with a great sense of responsibility.

    Account Officer (Entry Level)

    Job Role / Objectives

    • We seek to recruit a young and dynamic Account Officer to assist in providing timely and accurate information reporting including responsibilities for job cost tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, processing bank draws, research, and communication with project managers on project status and payment approvals.

    Position Overview / Responsibilities

    • Maintain timely and accurate general ledger (posting entries, recording accruals, etc.) and maintaining timely and accurate account reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly financial statements.
    • Assist with general accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing and general ledger posting.
    • Assist with project setup sheets and maintain accounting filing system for projects.
    • Assist with the required tax reporting in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and update tax provision schedules
    • Research the basis for tax positions to be taken
    • Reconcile invoices with payments.
    • Process and monitor payments and expenses.
    • Receive and verify all vendor invoices.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • B.Sc. or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related course
    • Being a member of an internationally recognised accounting professional body: ICAN,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is an advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable, receivable and general ledger accounting.
    • Industry experience would be an advantage.
