    Junior Graphic Designer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and edit graphics, layouts, and designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, posters, packaging, signage, and promotional items.
    • Prepare and preflight artwork to ensure all files meet print production standards (bleeds, color profiles, resolution, margins, etc.).
    • Work closely with senior designers, print operators, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality output.
    • Make revisions to client artwork based on feedback and printing requirements.
    • Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    • Conduct quality checks on proofs before sending them to print.
    • Maintain organized file structures and follow company design standards.
    • Assist with image retouching, color correction, and resizing when needed.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.

    Creative Director

    Responsibilities
    Creative Leadership & Strategy:

    • Develop and communicate the company’s creative vision and design standards.
    • Oversee all print and digital design projects, ensuring consistency across brand identity, marketing materials, packaging, and promotional items.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and guide designers in concept creation and execution.

    Project & Workflow Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial client briefing through production.
    • Collaborate with account managers, production teams, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Ensure all designs are optimized for various print methods (offset, digital, large format, screen printing, etc.).

    Team Management:

    • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of designers, illustrators, and prepress specialists.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing creative feedback.
    • Recruit and train creative team members as needed.

    Client Collaboration:

    • Work directly with clients to interpret their needs, present design concepts, and refine creative direction.
    • Provide expert guidance on materials, finishes, color management, and production techniques.
    • Deliver compelling design presentations and proposals.

    Quality Control & Production Oversight:

    • Review all design files for accuracy, printability, and brand alignment.
    • Ensure proper color profiles, bleed settings, typography, and layout standards are met before production.
    • Collaborate with press operators, prepress technicians, and finishing teams to ensure the final output meets quality expectations.

    Innovation & Trend Awareness:

    • Stay current on design trends, printing technologies, substrates, and specialty finishing options (embossing, foiling, die-cutting, etc.).
    • Introduce new creative techniques and production capabilities to enhance the company’s offerings.

    Senior Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities
    Design & Creative Work:

    • Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for various print materials such as brochures, packaging, signage, banners, labels, catalogs, and promotional items.
    • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
    • Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final artwork.

    Print Production & Pre-Press:

    • Prepare accurate, print-ready files according to the company’s and vendor’s specifications.
    • Conduct pre-flight checks, including bleed, trim, color mode, resolution, trapping, and imposition.
    • Manage color correction, image retouching, and proofing for both digital and offset printing.
    • Coordinate with press operators to ensure design intent is accurately translated into print.

    Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
    • Work closely with account managers and customers to understand design needs and propose solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Participate in client presentations and design reviews when needed.

    Brand Identity Designer / Strategist

    Responsibilities
    Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    • Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and storytelling foundations.
    • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to uncover insights that inform brand decisions.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable brand strategies and creative directions.
    • Facilitate brand workshops and discovery sessions with key stakeholders.

    Brand Identity Creation:

    • Conceptualize and design core brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, illustration styles, icons, and visual guidelines.
    • Ensure all design output aligns with brand strategy, personality, and long-term vision.
    • Create mood boards, concept presentations, and brand style guides for internal and external use.
    • Define visual systems that scale across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.

    Visual Communication & Implementation:

    • Design branded assets such as marketing materials, social content, digital graphics, packaging, and presentation templates.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and communications teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across channels.
    • Oversee quality and consistency of brand implementation across all outputs.

    Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Present strategy and creative concepts to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
    • Guide cross-functional teams and external partners (illustrators, photographers, agencies) to align with brand vision.
    • Maintain strong documentation and provide ongoing brand governance support.

    Requirements
