Job Description

• A Junior Accountant at Dreamworks Global Logistics supports daily finance, reconciles accounts (bank, balance sheet), manages payments/invoices, assists with payroll/expenses, ensures tax compliance (PAYE, VAT), maintains fixed assets, produces management reports, and aids audits, focusing on accurate record-keeping for logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and writing vouchers (payment/journal).
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing and monitoring both accounts.
• Reconciliation: Performing weekly bank reconciliations, reconciling petty cash/expenses, and multi-currency balance sheets.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports for senior management.
• Compliance & Remittances: Assist in handling statutory remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, NSITF) and ensuring compliance with FIRS/LIRS.
• Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow: Assisting with cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, PO/Invoice registers, and supporting audits.

Requirments
Qualifications:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience.

Key Skills & Focus Areas:

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of internal controls and risk management.
• Knowledge of logistics operations (transport, warehousing) is crucial for context.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive customer service and Price Desk executive to join our logistics team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing inquiries, attending to queries&client requests, ensuring competitive pricing strategies, and supporting our sales team with accurate and timely pricing information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams and customers promptly and professionally
• Responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
• Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies
• Assist in preparing and updating pricing proposals and contracts
• Monitor and report on pricing performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding pricing
• Maintain accurate records of pricing data and customer communications
• Provide training and support to team members on pricing systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Finance, Logistics, or a related field preferred with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in a customer service, pricing, analytical, or administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics operations and customer service &pricing structures is a plus.

Salary
