Job Description

• Oversee all customer inquiries and requests via phone, email or walk-in customers and ensure their needs are attended to in a timely manner.
• Must have excellent communications and writing skills
• Engage in Field Marketing to source for customers who have need for Diesel supplies
• Prepare feasible monthly marketing strategy, budget, target, projections and revenue the monthly marketing strategy will drive on a weekly basis.
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for presentation & submission to the management.
• Oversee product price research to stay up to date with market trends and customer demand
• Would be placed on monthly target to sell diesel products.
• Any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a Sales, Marketing or Business Development Officer
• Minimum of O.N.D educational qualification.

Job Description

• Secure partnership with diesel tank farms. This will help us secure storage facilities to store diesel products when we buy in bulk.
• Compute a list of wholesale/bulk diesel supply companies (NNPC, CONOIL etc.) to help us buy at cheaper prices and control price.
• Ensure products we buy from major distributors are original products and of good quality/condition.
• Has the responsibility to negotiate buying prices to help us control price.
• Compute a list of vendors who rent trucks so that we can have a couple of options of truck hiring companies to deal with in timely manner.
• Manage, direct, coordinate and engage staff activities to ensure they are productive towards corporate growth.
• Ensure L.P.O’s are attended to in a timely and orderly manner.
• Oversee and monitor each quantity supplied to companies to ensure the supply meters are accurate and ensure the meters are working effectively.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND educational qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the oil and gas industry
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Good operational and sales skills
