    Public Relation Officer

    PUB X Lounge/Club is seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and social media-savvy Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the club’s public image, attract high-profile clientele, and drive revenue growth. The PRO will act as a key influencer, building strong relationships with VIPs, influencers, and trendsetters, ensuring PUB X remains the city’s premier nightlife destination.

    Key Responsibilities

    Public Relations & Brand Representation

    • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance PUB X’s visibility and reputation.

    • Serve as the face and voice of PUB X at events, on social media, and in public engagements.
    • Maintain relationships with media, influencers, celebrities, and event promoters.
    • Manage guest communications and feedback to ensure a positive and high-end club experience.

    VIP & Client Acquisition

    • Identify, approach, and attract high-profile, affluent, and influential patrons (“ballers”) to increase club foot traffic and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, socialites, celebrities, and influencers.
    • Organize and host exclusive events, VIP nights, and loyalty programs to engage premium clientele.

    Event Promotion & Marketing Support

    • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to promote club nights, themed events, and special offers.
    • Use personal influence and social media presence to drive awareness and attendance.
    • Track and report on the success of PR campaigns, client acquisition, and promotional events.

    Reporting & Coordination

    • Provide weekly and monthly PR performance reports to the Director.
    • Align PR strategies with club operations, event schedules, and revenue targets.
    • Work closely with DJs, event managers, and security teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in PR, nightlife promotion, influencer marketing, or event management.
    • Proven ability to attract VIPs, high-profile clients, or influencers to events or venues.
    • Strong social media presence and understanding of influencer-driven promotion.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: ₦200,000 per month
    • Transportation Allowance: ₦50,000 per month
    • Performance-Based Commission: 10% on revenue generated from VIP clients, events, and promotions directly brought in by the PRO.

    Contract Bidder Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Bidding Specialist to manage the complete bidding and tendering process for the organization. The ideal candidate will prepare competitive proposals, analyze bid requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely submission of high-quality bid documents that align with client specifications and organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, monitor, and track tender opportunities from government portals, private organizations, and procurement platforms.
    • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, ITTs, and tender documents to fully understand requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
    • Prepare bid/no-bid analyses and recommend strategic decisions to management.
    • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process including bid planning, documentation, costing, and submission.

    Proposal Development

    • Compile all required documents including technical proposals, financial proposals, compliance forms, and supporting materials.
    • Draft, edit, and format proposal content to meet client specifications and standards.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all bid submissions.
    • Customize proposals based on client needs, industry standards, and market trends.
    • Work closely with technical, finance, legal, operations, and project teams to gather required inputs.
    • Obtain project timelines, costing estimates, technical descriptions, and company credentials.
    • Manage internal bid timelines and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Ensure all bid documents meet regulatory, client, and internal compliance requirements.
    • Maintain an updated library of company profiles, CVs, certifications, case studies, and project references.
    • Verify that all mandatory documents (e.g., CAC, tax clearance, compliance certificates) are current.

    Submission & Follow-Up

    • Submit bids electronically or physically in line with client requirements.
    • Track the status of submitted bids and prepare periodic bid performance reports.
    • Follow up with clients to clarify requirements, attend bid openings, and respond to post-submission inquiries.

    Market Research & Strategy

    • Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Recommend improvements to bidding strategies, processes, and templates.
    • Support business development activities such as presentations, capability statements, and client meetings.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal development.
    • Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, proposal writing, and contract acquisition.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and document management systems.
