    Supply Chain Manager

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our project procurement and supply chain operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global sourcing, risk management, and ethical procurement practices, and will be adept at driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Procurement & Supply Management:

    • Develop, improve, and execute organizational and functional objectives in procurement and supply to align with the company's competitive advantages.
    • Formulate strategic direction, manage change, and lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Create and implement comprehensive project procurement and resource plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

    Project Leadership & Team Management:

    • Oversee the development and execution of project procurement plans.
    • Lead and mentor procurement teams, developing procurement strategies and establishing best practices.

    Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

    • Assess and manage stakeholder expectations through a controlled and value-adding process.
    • Promote and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments (Finance, Projects, Tendering, Quality, HSSE, Audit, and Compliance).
    • Facilitate effective communication using appropriate technologies to achieve supply chain business outcomes.

    Risk Management & Compliance:

    • Work with stakeholders to mitigate and manage risks that can impact supply chains.
    • Implement strategies to eliminate bribery, corruption, and fraud.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing and documentation for imports and exports, including tariffs and duties.
    • Evaluate the impact of customs unions, trade areas, and trade blocs on global sourcing.

    • Proven experience in supply chain management and project procurement.

    Financial Interface Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a dynamic Financial Interface Manager to manage and strengthen strategic relationships with financial institutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between the company and banking institutions, optimizing financial partnerships, and managing related risks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Africa Export Import Bank (Afrexim and other financial institutions to support corporate financing needs.
    • Strategically coordinate interactions with financial institutions, fostering collaboration and alignment.
    • Manage Oilserv Group’s responsibilities as an Afrexim Intra-African Trade Champion, leveraging available financial tools.
    • Provide financial modeling insights and contribute to structuring loan applications that meet bank requirements.

    • Represent the company at financial institution events and maintain active engagement with stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in banking, finance, or a related financial institution.
    • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, business development, and structured finance.
    • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to interpret financial data, assess risks, and drive value-driven financial decisions.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
