    Project Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 9 years of proven expertise in the construction industry, particularly in civil works and large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 9 years’ experience managing construction projects.
    • B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
