Project Architect at Trucrete Solutions Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 6 years on-site experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, practical field knowledge overseeing building projects from concept to completion, and the ability to translate design concepts into functional, sustainable, and high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases of construction.
• Provide design solutions to address on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Oversee finishing and detailing to maintain architectural integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years proven on-site experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and site coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Registration with a recognized professional body (e.g., ARCON) is an advantage.
