    Job Description

    • A detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Business Development Officer to support the company's growth initiatives while managing administrative functions.
    • The ideal candidate will blend strong administrative capabilities with business development acumen to help drive the company's growthin the oil and gas sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency
    • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
    • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
    • Process and maintain records of business expenses
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for themanagement team

    Responsibilities
