JOB DESCRIPTION

This position prepares the way of salvation and exaltation by making essential gospel teachings, resources, and services accessible to God’s children. This position fosters an environment of reverence and respect and helps guide customers to make informed product decisions. Provides exceptional service to customers. This position is an advanced-level clerical, and/or cashiering duties executed under minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of orders via phone/email/WhatsApp,
• Provides high-quality customer service, providing product knowledge to assist customers.
• Develop an understanding of contents and/or properties of all products to adequately serve customers.
• Responds to customer questions regarding curriculum, proper fitting of clothing, or issues of similar complexity.
• May provide personal fitting services to patrons at the distribution store.
• Operates point-of-sale terminal, finalizes sale of selected products, and processes returns.
• May assist store supervisor to ensure the store is attractively displayed, and well presented, and that there is adequate inventory on the shelf.
• Assist store supervisor with inventory and cycle counts.
• Ability to work as scheduled and needed (including Saturdays and holidays)
• Assists in other operational responsibilities, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or HND in Business Administration or related field.
• Three years experience in distribution operations and retail sales, or a combination of education and experience.Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications and cashiering skills. Must be able to learn to use new software.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Local Unit Finance Analyst shall set up, train, support, and assist Priesthood leaders on Local Unit Finance, Membership, and Statistical reporting through the Leader and Clerk Resource programs. The incumbent also ensures that Priesthood leaders are conversant with and adhere to financial, membership, and statistical policies and processes of the Church. He/she also performs on-site and off-site internal control reviews and identifies trends and potential areas of concern.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trains local unit leaders and clerks on finance, statistical, and membership records
• Trains local unit leaders on membership recording-keeping policies, procedures, and tools
• Consistently identifies and analyzes local unit trends and provides reports to higher management.
• Performs both on-site and off-site financial audits.
• Assists local leaders in preparing unit organization applications.
• Initiates and participates in business solutions or process improvement projects related to local units.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA and/or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Three years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or business management.
• Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles, Church financial policies, and guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Computing.
• A good and sound understanding of the LCR, and other church programs is a plus.
• Analytical, planning, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train, influence, and motivate others.
