    Marketing Media and Communication Team Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
    • Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, and posting across various platforms .
    • Ensure all customers enquiries are responded to in lead time. I.e. within 1hour.
    • Monitor trends in the industry to create innovative and engaging content.
    • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
    • Identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

    Education / Training Coordinator

    Job Description
    The Education / Training Coordinator Is Responsibilities For:

    • Holding weekly training with all new staff, 3 times a week (Nigerian & International stores)
    • Weekly, periodic training & revisions with all old staff
    • Possessing adequate knowledge of all skin issues and ability to impact same knowledge to sales representatives through organizes training
    • Conducting monthly test (twice a month) for all retail team member (for local & international stores and Wuye office)
    • Conduct weekly individual stores to all outlets
    • Ability to help sales representatives generate better sales using the various sales technique and conversion skills
    • Helping the sales representatives sell out alternative products when the ‘products that sell themselves’ are not available.
    • Check stores chat via ultra-viewer and assist them close deals.
    • Assist store when necessary to channel their complaint to adequate authority especially on the unavailability of products.
    • Review the previous training materials based on the complaints from clients and team members.
    • Develop various training materials based on the complaints from clients and team members.

    Customer Sales Representative (Lagos)

    Responsibilities

    • Sales generation and conversion: Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Up-selling & Cross-selling: Actively look for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products to clients.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas.
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calls, messages and referrals) to build a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
    • Receive calls from 3cx phone
    • Recommend Products based on clients inquiry and skin issues and give instructions on how to use products.
    • Take down clients order using the Order Taking Form and forward to Orders Department for processing.
    • Respond to Whatsapp messages, Instagram messages and upload Whatsapp status daily with products that are available.
    • Fill Notify me form for clients when the products are out of stock and forward to Client Retention Department, Client Success Supervisor and Inventory Department.
    • Fill refund form when necessary and forward to supervisor.
    • Follow up on orders taken to ensure it is dispatched timely to the clients.
    • Resolution of customer complaints and escalation of client issues to supervisors.
    • Provide product and service information to customers.
    • Transfer calls to Stores if needed.
    • Ensure to greet the client properly, tell them your name and get their details.
    • Follow up on already placed orders.
    • Send daily total sales report to Boss and management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant experience
