    Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to drive high performance and a unified vision.
    • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to set company-wide goals and align sales and marketing efforts with corporate strategy.

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and email campaigns to increase customer base and maximize online presence.

    Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments (product, finance, operations) to ensure alignment and resource sharing.
    • Foster communication between sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of joint initiatives.

    Budget and Resource Management:

    • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets to maximize ROI and meet financial targets.
    • Allocate resources effectively, monitor expenditures, and track results against KPIs.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Use data analytics and market research to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Make data-driven decisions to refine sales processes, marketing tactics, and customer engagement.

    Industry Knowledge & Innovation:

    • Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in its field.
    • Advocate for innovation within the team and the organization, constantly seeking new ways to improve sales and marketing practices.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with at least 10 years work experience.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business decisions.
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

    Financial Management:

    • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, and payroll functions.
    • Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

    Investment and Capital Management:

    • Manage the company’s capital structure, investments, and relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ACAis required. An MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
    • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (preferably as a CFO or similar role).
    • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, corporate finance, risk management, and financial modeling.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing a high-performing finance team and managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insightful financial guidance to shape business decisions.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.

    General Manager

    Responsibilities
    General Management (Mechanical Engineering Company):

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets, sales growth, and profitability.
    • Formulate and execute business plans to ensure long-term success and sustainability.
    • Provide leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Oversee daily operations, including production, maintenance, inventory management, safety, and quality control.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • 7-10 years of experience as a General Manager or related position in an engineering company.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical processes, materials, and project management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools.
    • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
