Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, offloading, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock reconciliation, and monitor stock levels to identify discrepancies or variances.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, preservation, and stock rotation of goods in compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions and support end-to-end product traceability from receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, safety regulations, and quality standards across warehouse activities.
• Liaise with logistics, quality control, procurement, and weighbridge teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
• Report operational issues, inventory concerns, and process gaps while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.

Job Details

• Conduct daily calibration checks of the weighbridge system prior to commencement of operations.
• Operate the weighbridge system to accurately weigh all inbound and outbound trucks.
• Capture, record, and validate truck weights, materials, and related transaction details in the system.
• Verify supporting documents such as waybills, delivery notes, and loading instructions before processing any transaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, operational procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Monitor, identify, and report weight discrepancies, anomalies, or suspicious activities immediately.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all weighbridge transactions for audit and traceability purposes.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and security teams to ensure smooth truck flow and minimal delays.
• Ensure proper usage of weighbridge equipment and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
• Escalate operational issues and technical challenges for timely resolution.
• Support periodic calibration, validation, and verification exercises of the weighbridge system.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in weighbridge operations, logistics, or warehouse support roles.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or agro-processing environment is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

The Quality Data Officer supports the Quality Department by managing, analysing, and reporting quality-related data for all agro commodities handled by the organization. The role ensures accurate capture, validation, and maintenance of data from inspections, laboratory results, and field reports. It also ensures proper documentation, data integrity, and timely reporting to support quality tracking, compliance, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, compile, and maintain accurate quality-related data from inspections, laboratory analyses, and field reports.
• Ensure proper entry, validation, and updating of quality data in designated systems or databases.
• Organize and maintain structured records for all agro commodities quality assessments and reports.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, deviations, and areas of concern.
• Prepare periodic quality reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all quality documentation and systems.
• Support tracking of commodity quality from receipt through processing and storage stages.
