Warehouse Executive at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures accuracy in inventory records, compliance with operational procedures, and adherence to internal control, safety, and quality standards. The Warehouse Executive also collaborates closely with logistics, quality control, and weighbridge teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations and product traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, offloading, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock reconciliation, and monitor stock levels to identify discrepancies or variances.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, preservation, and stock rotation of goods in compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions and support end-to-end product traceability from receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, safety regulations, and quality standards across warehouse activities.
• Liaise with logistics, quality control, procurement, and weighbridge teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
• Report operational issues, inventory concerns, and process gaps while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
• Strong inventory and stock management skills
