    Senior Legal Officer

    • Our client, is a boutique Investment Bank, Issuing House and Capital Market Operator registered and regulated by the Securities and Exchange and is looking to Hire a Senior Legal Officer with 5-7 years experience to support with proactively identifying legal risk & potential legal risks in the firms' transactions and operations.

    Other functions include:

    • Ensuring training on legal risk management for the wider business
    • Providing advice to the Board/Management across range of business interests, regulatory responsibilities, risks and obligations.
    • Drafting, negotiating and executing contract agreements
    • Review contracts and other legal agreements
    • Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance issues of the Company
    • Provides legal support to all the business units of the Company – investment banking and the company's governance

    Key Requirements

    Research Officer

    Responsibilities

    MD, Asset Management

    Our client, is a boutique Investment Bank, Issuing House and Capital Market Operator registered and regulated by the Securities and Exchange. We are looking to employ a MD, asset management who will be responsible for leading the investment and asset management team having responsibility for determining investment strategy for various Fund portfolios. The right fit for the role must have an excellent understanding of financial markets and different asset classes and understand people management with result orientation.

    This role reports directly to the Board and responsibilities include:

    • Establish company strategic goals and objectives
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the achievement of the company’s profitability and growth targets as approved by the Board and consistently meet Key Performance Indicators.

    • Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences or related field
    • Proven microfinance experience and prior C-suite experience is required.
    • Minimum of 12-15 years senior management experience within the financial services industry.
