Operations Manager at TeamAce Limited

Our client, an upscale fine dining restaurant serving Asian, continental fusion meals and French- Mediterranean Fusion restaurant  is looking to fill the role of;

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Restaurant Operations, you are responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. You will hire and train staff following the company’s policies. In addition, you speak with customers about any concerns or problems, while also creating work schedules.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding result and productivity
• Cross country travel may be required.

Requirements: 

• BSc/HND in Business Administration; hospitality management or relevant field
• Minimum of 2- 5 years’ experience as an Operations manager 

Salary: N300k- N450k Net monthly
