    IT Assistant

    Job Description

    • Work as part of a team in stressful situations; maintain composure and sense of humor in the face of heavy workload and constant interruptions
    • Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level
    • Install software and repair hardware and peripherals
    • Test programs and maintain records
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate
    • Administer user accounts, maintain systems, databases and web pages
    • Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
    • Design and produce basic reports
    • Properly document system performance, bugs, debugging and program requirements.
    • Transfer computer files between platforms;

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline.
    • Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
    • Preferably a female Christian.
    • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
    • Possess basic knowledge of MIS concepts.
    • Programming and scripting experience is a plus

    Salary
    N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
    • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
    • Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
    • Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
    • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
    • Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense report
    • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years as an Executive Assistant or administrative support function
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
    • Preferably a female Christian.
    • Proactive and ability to use initiative
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
    • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines).
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and multitask
    • Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

    Salary
    N80,000 monthly.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
    • Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
    • Updating office policies and procedures
    • Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
    • Preparing report on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
    • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair
    • Organizing special functions and social events

    Job Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Business Administration or Management or any other related field
