    Clinical Nurse

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Terms of Employment: Permanent

    Main Responsibilities

    • Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
    • Providing pre- and post-operation care
    • Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions
    • Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
    • Writing records
    • Organizing workloads
    • Providing emotional support to patients and relatives

    Education and Experiences

    • Must be a qualified Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and MUST possess in addition a post basic qualification certificate in the specified specialty.
    • Applicant must possess current practicing license
    • Those with University Degree must in addition have NYSC discharge certificate or exemption.
    • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the health sector
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    Salary

    • Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable
    • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing excellent patient experience.
    • Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job
    • Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Good inter-personal skills and good networking abilities in the domestic and diplomatic community.

    Salary

    Job Description

We are looking for experienced SFH is recruiting staff to work in PHC facilities in Delta State in the following positions: The main responsibilities will be as follows:

    • Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patients / beneficiary’s health conditions.
    • Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnose and prevention. Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations, prescribing the necessary treatment.
    • Keep the patient and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow, checking they have understood.
    • Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care of the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
    • Ensure ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team in order to optimize the quality of care.
    • Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility according to standard HR policies and procedures, supervising their performance, organizing and scheduling shifts and rotations, directly participating in emergencies and on calls if necessary.

    Education and Experiences

    • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
    • Must possess a current medical license from MDCN.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ Post-NYSC experience as a Medical Doctor in hospital settings.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.

    Job Descriptions

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products: Examines dough and batter for specified consistency.
    • Reads charts of fermentation room and ovens to verify specified humidity and temperature.
    • Oversees operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, icing, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.
    • Sets up and adjusts wrapping and slicing machines.
    • Trains new workers.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years experience as a supervisor in a bakery or a water production factory.
    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • The ability to work independently
    • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills

    Salary Offer
    N50,000 - N100,000/Month
