    Project / Solution Delivery Officer

    Location: VI, Lagos

    Renumeration: N120,000

    Work type: Hybrid

    • In conjunction with the Project Manager, the job holder will manage a portfolio of projects, consultancy, work packages, and supporting tasks to achieve     revenue, cost and customer satisfactions targets set.
    • Drive the delivery of high volumes of medium / high complex undefined solutions.
    • Manage the delivery and prioritisation of pre−sales work within the agreed solution area.
    • Manage the service delivery of high-volume change requests, resource requests and consultancy within the agreed solution area.
    • Manage and motivate a large, diverse team of ICT professionals to produce highly effective results.
    • Ensure strategic and benefit−led projects are successfully managed, taking part in business case development, delivery and benefits management
    • Manage high levels of ambiguity when dealing with how to implement a portfolio of projects.


    • HND/University Degree is required
    • 1-3 relevant experience in the IT Infrastructure & software solutions space.

    Head of Sales

    We are hiring for a client of ours in the technology space.

    Job Description

    • Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve the set financial KPIs
    • Sell our client’s products and services directly to existing and new accounts.
    • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base
    • Meet planned sales goals.
    • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
    • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of applications.
    • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
    • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
    • Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
    • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Liaise with marketing department on lead generation.
    • Promote the organization and product.
    • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


    • University Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Business, Computer / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Computer Science is required
    • Prior experience as Head of Sales or Sales Manager in the IT infrastructure or software solution company will be an added advantage.

    IT Sales Support Officer

    The IT Sales Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the sales teams.


    • Ensure Invoices, pricing, discounts and commission are done timely and correctly
    • Compile quotes and support the proposal process
    • Work closely with suppliers, negotiate cost of services and products to support a healthy margin
    • Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
    • Work to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
    • Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
    • Record sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
    • Create and process orders in a timely manner, process requests for rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.

    Salary Range: N200,000 – N250,000
    Job Description

    • Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
    • Work closely with sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
    • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
    • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
    • Ensure solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
    • Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is collated prior to providing a solution
    • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
    • Participate In Strategy Meetings with Marketing Team
    • Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
    • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
    • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal Stakeholders
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
    • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
    • Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and the organization


    • HND/University Degree is required
    • 2-3 relevant experience in sales of IT Infrastructure & software solutions.
